Mobile phones should be switched off upon arrival.

Please note that unfortunately our lounge area can only accommodate clients.

To ensure a tranquil atmosphere, children under 10 years old are not allowed in the beauty room.

If you are going to be late for your appointment we would be grateful if you could let us know. In the event that you arrive late for your treatment we reserve the right to cut short your treatment to finish at the scheduled time, or to offer you an alternative, shorter treatment. However, we will endeavour to carry out the full treatment time wherever possible.

Appointments may be available outside these times subject to arrangement. Please contact us if you would like an appointment outside of normal business hours and we’ll do our best to accomodate you.

Opening times may also vary, so it is adviseable to phone beforehand.

When telephoning the salon, if you receive the answer-phone please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Cancellation
We do not charge a cancellation fee, but a 24 hour notice of cancellation will be greatly appreciated. This will benefit other clients who require an appointment, as well as ensuring that our time is spent rewardingly on each treatment.
